Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods are Available?

All domestic orders are shipped TCS , Leopards and Blue-Ex. On the checkout, when a customer user provides the shipping address, evaluates shipping rules one by one following the Shipping Rules Sort Order. The matching shipping rule may enable one or more shipping method(s) in the shipping options on the checkout and set the shipping service fee components that are used in shipping cost calculation.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Before your order is shipped, it must be processed. We ask that you allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for processing. Orders that use Standard Shipping are estimated to arrive within 7-10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after being shipped. International shipping times vary dramatically depending on what country you are in. Every country handles imported packages and customs differently. 

How Do I Exchange/Return My Order?

We only exchange if any product has manufacturing fault, broken or scratched, only at the time of purchase. Email at along with your invoice number and small description. Original box and all accessories should be returned as well. If the item is dispatched to you in different city then we will provide the exchange and the shipping cost which our customer will bear to send us back.


Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

No, Customer sign in is not mandatory to place an order. Your information will be confidential and will not be share to anyone on any circumstances.
Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
To claim a return please share a photo and details on Our representative will guide you accordingly. Our products do not have a replacement policy. Instead we have checking warranty of 7 days on products which do not have company warranty but on products which have company warranty, the 7 days checking warranty from does not apply. If the product is covered under warranty then you will have to contact the service center and escalate your issue.
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please connect with us and we will guide you further.
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll resolve your complaint. Incase if you have to ship the product back to us then we will bear the exchange cost.
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll try our best to resolve the issue(if any).
